Our process
An on-site meeting with you and preparing a detailed candidate assignment brief so that we understand your organisation, requirement and expectations regarding the successful candidate, paying particular attention to the critical issues of organisational culture and characteristics.
Developing a comprehensive list of target organisations and a well planned search strategy to identify the best possible prospects. Followed by presenting the opportunity to high performing individuals who have proven track records of success in the particular function that we are seeking.
Qualified candidates will be subject to a structured face to face interview and assessment here at Lean Executives with the most qualified and committed candidates being short-listed with a detailed personal and professional assessment covering background, abilities and suitability for the role.
The client interview will be coordinated for those candidates who are fully assessed and committed to the process. Following your interviews, we would obtain and provide feedback both ways and ensure that the interest of the preferred candidate is maintained. Psychometric tests can be arranged.
Once you are ready to offer your preferred candidate, we can act as an intermediary to ensure that the successful offer is accepted. Assistance with the negotiation of the final package can also be provided together with obtaining reference checks.
We maintain a close relationship with our clients and candidates to ensure their objectives have been met and to provide ongoing support and advice throughout their careers.
